1e on skis. the instructor said that I would need at least four lessons before I could hit a slopes safely at Whistler. Four lessons sounded a litlle excessive. but I didn't want to . back to school in a cast! Upon arrival. I reluctantly signed a contract for four lessons 'ced at $3oo each (or $133M). to be paid in monthly installments of $ me for the next elve months. After the first two lessons. I realized I had been scammed. I learned the .sics in one session and the instructor spent the rest of the time admiring himself in .r ski goggles and looking at the ski bunnies. I want out of the contract! I think it was iconscionable and fraudulent because it was so extremely unfair. There was uneven rgaining power because the instructor was a pro and I was just a beginner. y SloEs: I am a world class slo' instructor at a resort near Whistler. No. it is not my Jlt I didn't make last year's Winter Olympics. I was cheated out of my rightful victory. it here I am at Whisder. teaching stupid beginners to ski because. hey. ya gotta earn a ing somehow. Still. skiing is expensive and I have to maintain my reputation. which aans. you know. expensive dinners and top notch clothing. so yeah. my prices are gh. But hey. these are adults. they know what theyre doing when they sign the ntract. So not everyone needs four lessons. but some do. and I ain't wasting my Ijme aking a new contract for everyone so four is what they get. Take it or leave it. But now s uppity college kid from the "University of Michigan" wherever that is is bitching 2 he thinks he's some whiz kid and learned everything about skiing in one lesson. iriously'? I've been skiing since Iwas two! But Mr. knowitall is claiming the contract is iconscionable; that I defrauded him and that he deserves to get his money back. Well me tell you. the contract is completely valid and binding. I didn't hold a gun to his -ad and if he was so smart. he could have done some research and found another structor. But he didn't cuz he knows I'm the best and I know that the law doesn't atect stupid people
