1.Group Assignment & Presentation

a.STEP 1: Students are required to form a group of ideally 5 people or less for the Group Assignment & Presentation.

You can form your group with classmates who are either from physical class and/ orclassmates from online based classes. If you have more than 5 or less than 5 in your group, do send an email to the lecturer to state the number and name of members in the group and which section you are from. If there are valid reasons, then lecturer may allow for the variation in the number of group members.

b.STEP 2: Students are required to discuss the topic titled "The Fundamental Rights Provided by the Federal Constitution".

c.STEP 2: Students need to choose only ONE (1) article from Malaysian Fundamental Rights and provide relevant opinion regarding the article. Choose from Fundamental Liberties (Part II), namely from article 5 to 13.
