On the way back to the resort there is a collision with another vehicle, and the other driver is killed. The driver's family sues Macron Enterprises. 2)Jay-D has decided that he wants to sell his Chevy Corvette- he's getting too many dirty looks from Dutch drivers who think that he's destroying the environment with his 'gas-guzzler', so he decides to switch to a Toyota Prius. Daniel is interested in purchasing the Corvette; he doesn't care how large his carbon footprint is. Jay-D is asking 15,000 euros for the auto. Daniel meets with Jay-D, and asks 2 questions: Would it be possible to take the 'Vette for a test-drive, and would Jay-D consider coming down in price? Has Daniel made a counter-offer?
