1.Mr Tey Po bought a car on hire purchase agreement from Lucky Motors Sdn. Bhd. It was agreed that, Mr Tey Po had to pay the monthly installment for the car. In the second year of purchase, Mr Tey Po failed to make a payment. Lucky Motors Sdn. Bhd had served a reminder notice but, still Mr Tey Po failed to settle the arrears.

Advise Lucky Motors Sdn Bhd as regard to their right to repossess the car under the Hire Purchase Act 1967.
