1.Nicole had entered into two agreements when he was attending his 15 years birthday party:

By an apprenticeship deed, Nicole (a minor of 15 years old), his parents (Father (a High Court Judge), Mother (a popular Hong Kong celebrity), and Master Yeung, a Lion Dancing master, the minor was apprenticed to the master for a term of 15 years to be instructed in lion dancing. The apprenticeship deed provided that:

"She would only be paid if the master actually employed her for performance.

She could not marry during the apprenticeship.

Master could end the contract if she found to be unsuitable for the apprenticeship."

She cannot accept any professional engagement without the master's consent."

However, Nicole entered into an agreement to perform as lion dancer for Master Wong two months later, without the consent of Master Yeung.

Nicole was considering that she would start her fantastic life career in lion dancing. On equipping herself for that life career, she entered into agreement to buy luxury accessories including rings, pins and waist-chains for total of $5,000,000. However, as her lion dancer Master had never engaged her for lion dancing performance, Nicole could not pay for these items.

Advice Nicole on these contractual matters.
