1.Once the goods reach Singapore, Ben immediately sells them to Frank, who then promptly on-sells the goods to Evan. The written contract between Ben and Frank includes a term that, for a period of 6 months after the date of the contract, Ben will provide free after-sales technical support in relation to the goods to Frank and to all subsequent purchasers to whom Frank may sell the goods to. Evan is aware of this term in Ben and Frank's contract, but the term is not repeated or referred to in the written contract between Frank and Evan. 3 months after the date of the contract between Ben and Frank, Evan contacts Ben to ask for free technical after-sales support in relation to the goods. Ben denies any obligation to provide such support services to subsequent purchasers such as Evan.
