At the height of Covid your company shifted from in-person to virtual only. It has now been a virtual environment for over 90% of the employees for the last 2+ years. However, now the CEO has made a push that the company will start returning to in-person work within the office. You are a manager for a team of 8 that has worked fully remote for the last 2+ years with decent success and high employee satisfaction. With the new changes coming at the start of next quarter your team will now be in-person 3 days a week and fully remote 2 days a week. Most of your team is seemingly okay with the change, however one of your 8 employees is very openly resisting the change and bringing the mood of the other employees down with them. Lay out your strategy for dealing with this employee from the first steps you would take, to the last as they continue to resist the change.
