1.Should there be a "bright line test" to determine copyright infringement of two musical works and/or sound recordings? Can you author such a test?

2.Should the copyright in a sound recording become more important, less important, or stay the same with respect to plaintiffs' actions? In other words, should there be a recognizable and objective "sounds like" or "imitates and copies the sound recording" standard now applied to copyright infringement actions?

3.Is there a way to simplify the determination of copyright infringement? What steps/changes to the law, etc., would be necessary to simplify the process?
