6) Describe how intellectual property (IP) differs from other types of personal property such as that covered by the Uniform Commercial Code by discussing any three types of IP, their wrongful use by others and the several remedies available to address such misuse.

7) The area of property insurance is a discipline unto its own, although it falls within the general subject of contract law. As such, it has its own set of terms. Below you will find five pairs of related, albeit distinct terms for you to explain in the context of insurance. It is anticipated that you will use your own words and not just by offering a dictionary definition.

8)The concept of bailment has a special meaning in the law of property apart from a sale or lease. What are the three essential elements needed to constitute a bailment and name the three classifications of bailments with examples based upon for whose benefit the bailment is created.

9) One of the means by which real property is transferred is by deed. What are the terms for the three different types of deeds and how do they differ, and what are the legal terms for the party who conveys the property and the party who receives the conveyance.

10)A mortgage as a secured transaction is vastly different from the deed as referenced in Question No 9 above.Why is it regarded as a secured transaction, what are the respective legal terms for the creditor and debtor to this "arrangement, "and what is the difference when one assumes the mortgage as opposed to being subject to the mortgage.

11Three areas reflective of an initiative to offer enhanced protection to workers, purchasers of goods and services, homes and credit accounts, as well as the public generally, are employment and labor law, consumer protection and environment law. In a little over a half century, while we have made a significant effort to do so, the real issue is whether we have been successful in doing so. In other terms, have we been effective in offeringthe protection intended, and if not, how can we do better going forward?
