From: Management Date: November 29, 2022 Subject: Overseas Contractor Updates The organization has been informed that one of our major suppliers, an overseas contractor, has lately been exposed as using child labor, paying low salaries, requiring excessive hours, and offering no benets to their employees, among other serious problems. As we uphold our business in the most moral manner possible, this does not t with the reputation of our company. No matter the distance, our company takes pride in providing top-notch working circumstances that ensure all of our employees are treated with respect. We will put in a lot of effort with the contractor to develop a plan to enhance their working conditions in order to address these findings right away because we believe that continuing to do business with them will reflect adversely on the organization. We will check in with corporate employees in the following weeks to see whether any modifications have been made. If things don't get better, we will regrettably sever our relationship with the business and look for a replacement contractor who will t in with the organization's image. We will keep up the excellent effort to make sure that everyone who works here is respected and feels valued by the organization
