1.Visit www.onecle.com. Find the link for "Partnership Agreement" and click on it. You will find various partnership agreements involving companies like Coca-Cola, Ticketmaster, etc. Pick an agreement, review it, and discuss at least two of the following: 1) to whom management is entrusted, 2) how management succession is planned; 3) how are profits and other compensation to partners paid; and/or 3) the statement of fiduciary duties.

2. Visit the Small Business Administration website at www.sba.gov. There are valuable resources here for anyone starting a business. Investigate the topics under the "Starting and Managing" menu. Discuss at least two topics a potential business owner should know/investigate prior to start up.
