1.What are fomites?  Do you see any microbial growth on the plate off the fomite you chose for this experiment?  If there is any discrepancy from the expected result explains. Make note even if you don’t see any unexpected result

2. Do you observe any bacterial growth on plates from body parts swab? Identify the bacteria as Gram (+) or (-)ve and the shape. Include a colored pictures of stained bacteria. Ideally, you are supposed to do a Gram’s stain. FYI only no need to answer this portion

3. How many different types of microbial colonies can you identify ?  Need not be precise

4. Name some of the microbes on your skin surface 

5. Do you see any strange result in your hand wash experiment result ? Provide explanation for your result.

6. Do you observe any microbe on insect’s body parts ? Identify 2 ways by which insects transmits microbes. Provide an example of each one. Use the other side for answering  
7. How coughing can be a potential source of pathogen transmission? Any pathogen isolated from the cough experiment ?  Use back page for answering
