2(a) On Monday, October 30,2023, Jade offered her 2020 Audi SUV motor vehicle to Jada for $27M. Jada told Jade that she has accepted her offer and would give her $25M for the motor vehicle. Jade told Jada that she would think about it and let her have her decision by the following day. Later that day, Jada called Jade and left a voicemail message saying she would pay the $27M for the motor vehicle but that voice message was delayed and Jade did not receive it that day. On the same day that Jada left the voice message, Joelle who had heard about the proposed sale of the vehicle, visited Jades house, inspected the vehicle, paid Jade the $27M and drove away in it. When Jada called Jade on Wednesday, November 1st to finalize the deal, Jade told her that she had already sold the vehicle. Does Jada have any legal claim(s) against Jade? (10 marks)
