It is a well-established retail and e-commerce business with its Head Office on the Sunshine Coast and three satellite offices, one in each of the following cities: Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. Three further satellite offices are due to open shortly, one will be in Adelaide, another on the Gold Coast and the third in Hobart. A policy of BSP is to allow the business to grow organically and as a result each satellite office supports a small number of independently owned retail outlets. The retail outlets have access to stock levels and appropriate customer information. The Head Office occupies a suite of rooms across two floors in a multi-use building. Twenty- five full-time employees and five part-time employees work at this location. Whilst most staff work in open plan offices housing up to ten workstations, a small number of staff are allocated their own office. The staff at Head Office undertake all payroll activities and most administration, supply chain and customer support activities.
