Are they more important to the success of the project than the PM having a solid technical understanding? Does the PM even required to have a technical understanding? Give an example and discuss why or why not.

3. Organizations can have a wide variety of organizational structures. As a Project Manager, what type of organizational structure would you prefer to work in? What type would you not prefer to work in? How about as a non-PM employee? Does the role you fill in the organization influence this opinion?
