2. Draw an order-to-cash for a drink or food outlet you know. The process should start with the customer entering the outlet and end when the customer gets the product and leaves the outlet. Draw your model using any BPMN software. Use pool/lane to represent class resources. Please state your preferred cafe/restaurant. Also explain with at least one paragraph. Using this model, do a Value Added Analysis, Identify which one is VA, BVA, and NVA. And determine which steps should be removed or added.
