3. Customers like all kinds of classes on tours, including cooking workshops, art classes, and language courses. That means Quest should offer some type of class on every tour.

4. The 12 customers who rated the Australia tour as excellent took an optional side trip to the Blue Mountains near Sydney. That means Quest should include the Blue Mountains on its regular Australian itinerary.
