Question 2 MI Riya is the unmarried daughter of Gahle and Grace Ntombela. Riya has a secret relationship with Mkwebo the son of Dalindyebo and Christina Mbhele. Riya wakes one morning feeling particularly bloated and according to her calculations, her period is a few days late. She decides to confess to her mother that she has been secretly seeing Mkwebo and that they had intercourse after he convinced her that he had spoken to his father Dalindyebo and asked him to ask for Riya's hand in marriage. Riya is not only concerned that she might be pregnant, but that Mkwebo may have lied to her. Grace decides that they should wait a few days before taking any action. Riya is relieved when her menstrual cycle starts but her mom tells her that the matter is far from over. Gahle Mbhele approaches Mr Ntombela and presents his daughter's allegation.
