2. Identify an industry with three or four major competitors. Identify the major "key success factors" determining competitor success within that industry and provide approximate weights for how important those respective KSF's are in determining success. Perform a weighted competitive strength assessment on the major competitors within that industry and select the company that you feel has the best chance at achieving long-lasting success. Be sure to explain and justify your weightings, ratings, and rationale.
