Patron visits was 111,550 2007 decreased by 611 in 2008, increase by 10,228 in 2009 then plunged by17,676 in 2010. And for the Annual customer satisfaction survey # of respondents- we can see the number of respondends decreased. Started with 1500 in 2007 dropped by 152 in 2008, then by 92 in 2009 then slightly decreased again in 2010 by 13. 33' 2 (b): In your opinion, what kind of performance information is useful in this table? b 2 (c): How could these performance measures be used in budget decisions
