2. New client appointments must be canceled within 48 business hours of the scheduled appointment time. Existing client appointments must be canceled within 24 business hours of the scheduled appointment time. Failing to follow this policy will result in a $50 Cancellation/No-Show fee being charged to your account. This fee will automatically be charged to your card as per your payment authorization.
