Organizations use an organized approach in order to narrow down ideas that would help the company move forward with the best projects. Introduction Working in real estate there are many key factors in order to be successful. As a real estate agent not only do you have to be knowledgeable about the community you are farming, but real estate laws as well. An agent is not only a real estate associate but also a salesperson. While there are many companies in which sales associates can work for it is important to realize how essential marketing, lead generation, and personality can come into play. The method of Six Sigma Case studies is a wonderful guide in which if used correctly can actually aid in a successful career and help set the foundation for how to work effectively. Objective In order to successfully run a real estate business, it is important to plan a strategy that not only will help generate leads, market your business, and keep costs low. A great foundation for a real estate agent to follow is the Six Sigma Cause. There are five different categories within the cause understanding each component is essential. The components are 1) Process Information, 2) Organizational Importance, 3) Feasibility of Execution, 4) Organizational Buyin, and 5) Organizational Benefit.
