b) Ron is a project manager for a car design project. Ron requires 6 engineers to help him with his project. Ron talks to the engineering department manager who tells him that 4 of his engineers are pre-assigned to another project. However, these engineers can work during their off days on Ron's project. In acquiring these resources, propose to Ron which technique he should apply. Justify your selection.

c) Christopher is a project manager for a Software Development Project. His project contains programmers and developers as project team members. Chris responsible to control the quality and to create a chart that shows the maximum number of hours available for each of the programmers and developers. Convince to Chris the important of using control chart and its process.
