2) Suppose that there is a party A, who has acquired legally the rights to use a protected intellectual property, wherein the protected product is a computer program, in source language. After acquiring the rights he has used the IP to develop a program in another language in which he has only adopted the some logics from the protected program and then after the expiry of the possession period he duplicated the protected IP and handed over the original digital data that was in his possession. Evaluate the given case to determine whether there will be a legal entitlement in the case with justifying Bahrain laws (10 marks)
