#2. Task 1: Role-play - Monitor staff performance It has been some time that you have developed Job descriptions and performance management system framework. You are required to monitor the staff performance for three staff members for whom you have developed Job descriptions - Head Chef, Wait staff and Food runner. Assume that staff have been hired recently, and this is their first performance review. In this task, you must monitor the performance of three staff - Head chef Walther, wait staff - Oliver and Food runner - Williams on KRAs and related KPIs of their job role. Your assessor will organise for three volunteers to play the parts of the staff being monitored. Prior to undertaking this task: Provide copies of the job descriptions you have developed to the volunteers who are playing your staff. Inform the volunteers of which task or aspect of job performance you will be monitoring, and the actions you would like them to perform. Use the Staff Appraisal Form you have prepared for each of the staff you are monitoring. During the task, for each staff member, you must: Inform the staff that you will be evaluating their performance, familiarise the staff with their
