People injured in sport and physical activity believe that sport organizers can and should guarantee their complete safety. Injuries and accidents happen in sport and lawsuits are filed all the time. Organized sport for youth exists from the soccer field to climbing camps, leagues for men and women for all ages in recreation, school, and club settings. Some of the participants will get injured and file a lawsuit. Some of these lawsuits are based on negligence
