2) Think about a particle accelerator like the LHC where protons are traveling in large circles at near the speed of light (v almost c, and very much v 0). If you are standing in the tunnel, where is the light produced by the proton observed, and what is its polarization? (This, btw, is why no one is allowed in the tunnel when the LHC is running...)
