How many ways are there to name the number "6 followed by 23 zeros" using only a "six" followed by the words "hundred" and "thousand"? (Depending on how you choose to interpret this question, the answer is either 4 or 265. As you might have guessed, getting 265 is a bit harder.) C. Survey D was given to a class of d students. When rounded to the nearest tenth of a percent, 93.6% of the students completed the survey. What is the smallest possible value of d? (Advice: it's easy to forget the small number of students who didn't complete the survey. But they're just as important as the ones who did.)
