2. YOUR TASK

Provide support and develop strategies that reflect the principles of trauma informed care and recovery oriented practice to address the needs of at least three different people who have experienced trauma, including interpersonal violence.

You must provide valid and reliable evidence of the following tasks:

• Identifying the client's trauma-related needs and communicate relevant information
• Developing strategies to address their specific needs, following principles of trauma-informed care
• Implementing strategies using trauma-informed care, reflecting on your practice
• Ensuring the safety of yourself and the client.

The tasks can be completed in either the workplace or a simulated environment.
