Carvana's primary business location is in Tempe, Arizona. Assume further that the accident involving the Woodsons lived in Michigan and that Michigan law applies to the case. Could the Woodsons sue Carvana in Michigan?
3. (20 points) Examine the decision of the U.S. District Court for Southern District of New York in Freeplay Music v. Gibson Brands, 195 F.Supp.3d 613 (SDNY 2016) and answer the following questions:
   1. Who were the plaintiffs and defendants, and where did they reside?
   2. What was the basis of the lawsuit?
   3. The defendant moved for a change of venue in the case. How did the court rule on the motion? What criteria did the court apply, and which facts did in cite in support of that criteria?
