This is a strange design in the sense that you wouldnt want to design a T flip-flop that way, but this will test your ability to design a sequential circuit, since a T flip-flop IS a sequential circuit, using the one-hot state method. Show your circuit in ASM representation (i.e., flowchart) and then draw your circuit using gates and D flip-flops.
