The relevant pages from the delloite 2020-2021 report are p.31,32. This was a survey of bank and financial institutions. They looked at collateral and commercial credit, considering buildings are not used a lot in covid pandemic the value of the buildings has decreased. and this in the context of credit and liquidity risk for 2007-2008. Do you mind using some other links (e.g. articles from Financial Times or anywhere else) when you attempt answering this question, so I can have a deeper look as well and formulate my answers as well? This is in the sample paper and its even more relevant now as we are halfway through 2021. I do know it's in sample paper so not many chances of it being in the actual exa but I still want to understand it.
