2.2 Crime prevention inter alia involves prevention of brewing and trade in illegal liquor. To that end section 24 of the Criminal Procedure Act 51 of 1977 grants a person lawfully in charge of a premise search and seize articles kept therein contrary to the law. Without discussing, classify the items that may be searched and seized pursuant to section 24. (14)
