The Situation	My co-worker was not feeling well and was not performing as well as he usually does because he was exhausted and weak. He had to come to work because there was no one to fill his shift.There were several complaints from customers and my manager wanted to discuss it with him at the end of the shift.
Consideration Demonstrated	I suggested that it should wait until the following day to avoid making him feel worse. I explained to the manager that he wasn't well and he had only come in because we needed him. The next day he was much better and was able to handle the discussion with the boss and explain what happened.
