26) Ahmad and Ah Seng had arranged a meeting for dinner at Pasta Em Restaurant. The restaurant was famous for its Belgian pasta. Both of them loved the restaurant's pasta and were excited about the dinner. Pasta Fantasi Restaurant's main door which was a swing door was slightly loose. The restaurant's maintenance supervisor has been alerting the manager about tting another new door. The manager has been busy and had kept postponing calling the door tters. The manger did not do anything to replace or repair the door thinking that nothing will happen. Ahmad on the day of meeting Ah Seng entered through the entrance using the swing door. M the door came off the hinge and fell on Ahmad's head injuring him on the forehead, he sustained a deep out on the forehead. Ahmad had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance. Since the cut on the forehead was very deeg he was hospitalized and had ten stiches on his forehead.
