271 healthy people were asked to complete a study survey regarding their sleep behavior. One of the questions asked participants to rate the quality of their sleep on a scale of 1 to 6, where 1 = very poor quality sleep and 6 = excellent quality sleep. The total score of the quality of sleep was used. Age group was also recorded, where 1 is < 36 years, 2 is 36-60 years, and 3 is 61+ years.
