2.By his will, Perez left a legacy of 50,000 to Oscar, "knowing that he will carry out my wishes."

Perez has now died andyou are required to advise if a valid secret or half secret trust has been created in each of thefollowing scenariosand hence what will happen to the 50,000:

a)Perez never informed Oscar of his wishes.

b)Before making his will, Perez had asked Oscar whether he would agree to deal with the legacy in accordance with Perez's wishes. Oscar had agreed but Perez did not, during his lifetime, inform Oscar of his wishes. However, among Perez's papers after his death, a letter was found addressed to Oscar containing directions for the disposition of the legacy.

c)Perez informed Oscar of the terms of the will a year after it had been made and handed Oscar a sealed envelope which contained directions for the disposal of his legacy.
