When reading the Privacy Policy and Procedures you note it was written for an agency with an electronic case note and client file system and requires modification. How will you implement a modification to the Privacy Policy to reflect work practices and how will you advise the case managers of their non-compliance with privacy laws and confidentiality requirements?
