3. Acceptance, inspection and claims 3.]. 3.2. Without prejudice to its right to inspect the Goods, you must take delivery of the lGoods immediately upon presentation. Upon arrival of the Goods and before a111,.r use or resale of the Goods, you are responsible for verifying the condition, quality and quantity of the Goods as well as their conformity with the specifications, if any. 3.3. You must check the Goods before using or reselling them and, in the event of any defect, take conservatory measures in the interests of the parties. 3.4. Any claims must be notified to NML in writing within three (3) working days. Defects that could not have been discovered even after diligent inspection must be notified to NML within three (3) working days after discovery thereof.
