(acceptance) On December 15, 2020 Dan Doug sent Ed Evans an offer to sell 5,000 packages of Valentine's Day gift wrap, to be delivered on February 1, 2021 at $2 per package On December 19, 2020 Ed Evans wrote across the offer "It's a deal, ship as indicated" and mailed it on that day. This was delivered on December 22, 2020. On December 20, 2020, not having heard from Evans, Doug sold the items to Fred Frank. Evans purchased the same material from another supplier for $3 per package. Was there a contract between Doug and Evans? If so, is Evens entitled to any compensation? How much
