3. Eye contact effect. The other half received a version in which there was no eye contact. The data are saved in the file "eyecontact.txt", where the 1st column is for the success rating, the 2nd column is for presence/absence of eye contact (1-present; 2- absent), the 3rd column is for the personnel officer's gender (1- male, 2-female), and the last column is for the replicate index. a.
