You are now an expert at micro, fully 3/4 of the way through a public policy micro class.For this reason alone, you have been hired by a top think tank in the District to explain inefficiencies in US health care and how market based solutions might solve some of these inefficiencies.

Your task for the commission includes the following:

a).Discuss and analyze why health care costs are high in the USA.

b).Discuss some market based solutions to lower costs and a guess at their likely success.

c).Explain how you would achieve closer to full employment continuing with the basic structure that the Affordable Care Act has set up.Be sure to provide policy details and incentives that you believe would get closer to universal coverage than we have now.As Biden is the Democratic candidate, not Sanders, this is the likely path forwards if any at all in the near term.
