3: Performance Evaluation The performance appraisal review is a meeting between a supervisor and a subordinate for the purpose of discussing performance appraisal results. In order to have this meeting a proper performance evaluation, or appraisal, must be conducted beforehand. For this assignment, I'd like you to consider the 10 steps of the employee appraisal process (Figure 7.1 in your text) and develop a performance evaluation you feel should be used for the job role in which you are seeking. Therefore, you must do some research on the job you wish to have upon completion of your degree looking at the specific job duties of that role. From there, you can then develop a performance evaluation you feel your supervisor would use to evaluate your work. Please strive to have at least 6 questions you feel would be used to evaluate your work. Things to consider are company goals, your specific job duties, as well as the KSAO's of that role
