Quality will be measured by the Team Leader by collected surveys to measure the overall course performance. The Project Manager is notified by the Team Leader based on analysis outcomes of quality check. Team leaders conduct meetings with Project Managers, Subject experts, and PMI board members to make necessary changes based on feedback and improve subject quality.

3.3 Quality Control

Quality control is a process which ensures that project quality is maintained or improved. It involves testing and inspection to find out the failure or defects which can be controlled.
