Standards and measures are recognized and defined by the quality team and will be applied to all project phases to maintain the quality of the online learning for students. In this phase, quality metrics are determined by the Project manager in liaison with the quality team to maintain the quality of the course content.

Relevance: How a product meets the actual needs of the users. This online course is established replacing face to face classes and is designed for students to understand relevant concepts of the course.

Completeness: The entire scope of the project is complete. All materials related to the course should be complete in the modules for the students to study at their own pace.

Consistency: Services will be delivered in the same way for every student. The staff will be able to access their own website version for lectures and materials

The Online Course on Project Management Fundamentals' quality control focuses mainly on the finished product i.e. the course, as well as appropriate expectations and results. The Project's quality performance criteria are aligned with the Canadian Education System's organizational performance standards. The quality team makes sure that all physical and performance requirements are met for each chapter, conduct audits, and help the project team with the creation or updating of all course quality documentation.. All the specified functional and performance requirements must be met for the project to succeed. By doing so, the Project Team will ensure that the product meets the high standards for student satisfaction and that future production of similar courses remains within budget and resource constraints.
