PROJECT PROPOSAL

You have been assigned to manage and lead a new project for your organization to be included in the company$$s project portfolio. You can either create a virtual company within an industry area of your choice or choose a real$-$world company that would suit the background for your project.

$1)$ The company is looking for new products and services to offer their customers that might support brand recognition.

$2)$ The company needs process development, especially in the company's manufacturing and outsourcing activities, to include lean management principles.

$3)$ The company is looking for new ways to face and implement organizational and cultural changes as it expands globally.

Your project should be in line with the following characteristics:

Please write a project proposal for your project. The board of directors will review your project proposal, and the review outcome will decide if the project will go live. You might have to present your project idea to the board of directors.
