3. STATEMENT I: General professional partnerships are allowed to organize as a corporation unless provided under special laws. STATEMENT 2: Under the RCC, all incorporators should be natural persons regardless of their age. 4. STATEMENT I: The perpetual existence of a corporation under the RCC should be specifically provided under its Articles of Incorporation otherwise it is with a term.
