(2 marks) She sold 80 out of the 150 acres on 4th January 2020 for 200,000 with the market value of the remaining 70 acres at that time valued at 180,000. Gabby has made no other disposals in the tax year and has taxable income of 45,000. Calculate the after-tax proceeds that Gabby will receive as a result of the sale. (2 marks)
