3. Use the list you came up in Q 2and comment on Keller's evaluation of Brodsky applying the topics we covered in the first two sessions.  address the following topics at a minimum and provide specific examples to support your arguments. (50% of grade)

a. Perception, biases and attribution

b. Performance measurement (do not forget to comment on the validity and reliability of the evaluation).

c. Feedback: Provide a detailed critique of how feedback was communicated. Use the readings on feedback to help you here. It might also help to role play this and have the rest of your group observe and get insights. Give me examples to support your thoughts.
