(30 points) Two bulbs of 1L volume are connected by a 1cm long capillary of negligible cross-sectional area. Bulb A is filled with N2 and bulb B is filled with CO2. The pressures in both bulbs are 1atm and the gases are prevented form mixing using a closed valve in the connecting capillary. The valve is opened at time " t " and is kept open till the composition in both bulbs are the same. Calculate the diffusion coefficient of N2 in CO2 and the diffusion coefficient of CO2 in N2. Remember that both gases are ideal. (hint: this problem deals with the 2-bulb method to measure diffusion coefficients)
