Carbon steel propeller works by 30 Kw drivers. 5- Stainless steel centrifuge horizontal basket has a 200 cm diameter. 6- Carbon steel vacuum drum filter has a heat transfer area equals 20 m 7- Boiler work under pressure 1 MPa has a capacity of 9x104 kg/h 8- Belt conveyor has a width of 1 m and 100 cm length 9. Carbon steel absorption ceramic packed tower of diameter 3 m, height 20 m, the packing size equal 20 mm and operating pressure is 6 bar. 10-Other equipment have a total cost of $ 600000 The annual direct variable cost which consists of raw materials, utilities, miscellaneous materials, and shipping and packaging is L.E 1 x 10Operating labor = 200 men at L.E 15 per employeehou.
